Returns and Exchanges

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept most returns within 30 days of purchase.

Selected oversized products (facial beds, mulitfunctional towers), skin care (serums, gels, oils) products are non refundable. 

We recommend saving your original packaging for at least 30 days from the date of the purchase which is required for return.

Aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase?

You may return new, unused products in the original packaging that are appropriate for resale within 30 days of your purchase to receive a full and quick refund. Items returned to RBS after 30 days will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Follow these simple steps to make your return as smooth as possible:

  1. Contact our customer support department at # 956-258-5123 to get approval for return before shipping it back to us
  2. In your return, please include a copy of your invoice to expedite the process. If you do not have one, contact customer service and we will provide you with one.
  3. Inspect your return: Ensure all items being sent back are in new, sellable condition within original packaging. All accessories and printed materials provided (like manual and protocols), must be included. If you do not have the original packaging from your purchase, please contact customer support at 956-258-5123. You may still be eligible for store credit refund to use for future purchases.
  4.  Properly package the item to ensure no damage is incurred during shipment. If the items we receive back are damaged, we will be unable to  issue the refund. 

Please note:

  • All returned equipment will be inspected and refunds will be processed within 5 business days of RBS receiving your return
  • Any credit will be issued to the original method of payment used for purchase
  • Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Return labels may be provided in certain circumstances; contact us with your reason for return so we can determine whether or not we can provide one.
  • Small furniture items (trolleys and stools) returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • Special orders are not eligible for refunds
  • It is advised to hold onto your original packaging for any purchase in case of return. RBS has the right to refuse any returns of products that are not in their original conditions
  • If your item was sent with a bonus gift, it must be returned with the product in order to avoid being charged for the value of the gift.
